Elon Musk, the world’s richest person, said his main home is now a three-bedroom property he bought for $45,000, primarily for his location in Boca Chica, Texas, near his SpaceX facility.

There is one property currently for sale on Whims Street, a 1,000-square-foot home listed as a “fixer-upper” for “SpaceX Enthusiasts”, included for $375,000.
Musk did not always live in a modest home. The billionaire reportedly owned a $100 million real estate portfolio at one point, though in 2020 he announced on Twitter that he was selling his property and vowed to “never own a home.”
