Former Attorney General Bill Barr said federal grand jury subpoenas on the January 6 Capitol riots indicate that attorneys general are “taking a hard look” at Trump’s high-ranking allies and the former president himself. He also said he thought it would be a “really bad thing for the party” if Trump was the Republican nominee for 2024. Barr spoke with CBS News’ Catherine Herridge in an exclusive interview Friday.
