A jury in Texas has ordered conspiracy theorist Alex Jones to pay the parents of one of the victims of the Sandy Hook school shooting $45.2 million in punitive damages. This is in addition to the $4.1 million in damages awarded to families after a judge was found liable for defamation by a judge over his allegations that the shooting was a “hoax.” Michael George has the latest.
