People used to speculate whether a child looked like the mother or the father. But when a mom in Northern Ireland asked the question on Twitter about how her baby girl looks a lot like Woody Harrelson, the internet got wild.
On August 3, Danny Greer Mulvina tweeted a smiling photo of her baby daughter, Cora, along with a screenshot of Woody Harrelson laughing in Zombieland. “Okay, but how does our daughter look like Woody Harrison,” she wrote.
In just two days, that tweet received over 483,000 likes, 2,670 tweets, and 266,000 retweets. The responses were wide-ranging, multiple, and hilarious. However, there was one response in particular that stole the show: the one from three-time Academy Award-winning actor Woody Harrelson.
In fact, not only did Harrelson see and respond to the post, he even wrote “Ode to Cora.”
He wrote, “You’re such a lovable kid/Feel good to compare.” “You have a great smile / I wish I had your hair.”
It’s not everyday Woody Harrelson [sic] She wrote a poem to your daughter, “Mulvina tweeted after her first post went viral.
And then: “Cora says, ‘Thank you all so much for the likes and retweets and also that she doesn’t always look like Woody Harrison, it’s only when she does… she really does.'”
